• We scope the project requirements cost and timelines.
• Fee structure is either based on an hourly or a fix price structure.
• Recommended for projects that are six months or shorter.

Team Based

• Team of dedicated resources based on set of skills is created for the project.
• Billing is based on a per resource per month structure
• Client is in control of and has complete visibility into team deliverables, tasks and timelines.
